Paul Harvey
Principal Consultant

Paul brings 20+ years of experience working with MNC’s, start-ups, and business schools across Asia, Europe, and North America in a broad range of talent management roles. His expertise is in organizational design, particularly in recruitment and people management and has led companies in setting up their learning and development teams and e-platforms. He strives to uncover and better understand hidden dynamics in organizations and teams to support the change and transition processes.

Previously, Paul spent more than a decade at Franklin Templeton Investments in a variety of Corporate Human Resources roles, established a Global Shared Services Unit in India, and led large-scale enterprise-wide initiatives including HR due diligence and post-acquisition integration initiatives. He is also a Leadership Consultant and Coach at INSEAD’s Global Leadership Center, working with senior executives to become more self-aware leaders.

With sharp empathy, Paul sees the developmental points at individual, group, and organizational level, and guides leaders to see themselves, and enjoys bringing the best out in people.

Paul holds an Executive Masters in Coaching and Consulting for Change (Distinction) from INSEAD, and is a member of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations, and the A.K. Rice Institute for the Study of Social Systems. He is also certified as a Barrett Values Center CTT Consultant and in a variety of psychometric instruments.

He is married with two children, and an avid marathon runner and world traveler.

Enoch has 12+ years in global banking, management, and consulting across Asia and Europe with multinationals, governments, and start-ups. Her expertise is in the big picture—incubating corporate culture, aligning internal management on company missions, and integrating teams to lay solid foundations for change and transition processes. She is passionate about strengthening employee well-being through stress management and burnout prevention, increasing employee engagement productivity.

Previously, Enoch was an International Manager at HSBC, working in the bank’s London, Paris, Tokyo, and Beijing offices in a variety of management, sales, client relationship, diversity inclusion, and project management roles. As a Leadership Consultant at the INSEAD Global Leadership Center, she also engages in group and leadership dynamics.

Not shy to say what is on her mind, Enoch is frank and honest, sometimes challenging, in her consultations, so leaders and organizations may entertain different perspectives to find the most appropriate way.

Enoch holds a Masters in Laws (Hons) from University of London, and an Executive Masters in Coaching and Consulting for Change (Distinction) from INSEAD. She is certified in The Leadership Circle, and multiple Advanced Small Group Trainings in the Tavistock Style from A.K. Rice Institute for the Study of Social Systems. She is published author, and a speaker on topics of employee well-being, creativity, and playfulness, with a social entrepreneurial venture, Bearapy, to prevent burnout in workplaces.

Married with two kids, Enoch enjoys spending her down time practicing Chinese calligraphy and making jigsaw puzzles.

Rainer Gumpert
Consultant

Rainer has 20+ years experience working the private equity industry, specializing in mid-market buyouts in Asia, with successful returns for shareholders. His expertise is in ownership and management change process, particularly advising the Board and C-level management on the transition process in a business integration or buy-out situation. He strengthens management teams in times of uncertainties and change and manages the due diligence process. He is also a seasoned investor.

Previously, Rainer was a Senior Partner at KV Asia Capital, an Asian-based private equity firm, and held CFO roles in the oil & gas and manufacturing industries. He has experience as a C-Level leader at financial/private equity-owned companies, and as a Senior Partner or Principal in the private equity industry, specializing in mid-market buyouts in across South East Asia and China.

Geared in finance and investments, Rainer is an investor who cares about people and works in partnership with the companies he has invested in to ensure that people are a right fit for the organization, and that teams are not only effective, but maintains trusted relationships.

Rainer is currently a Senior Advisor at Partners in Performance, a Board Member, and mentor at Jaga-Me Pte and Orange Theory Fitness Shanghai. He holds an B.Eng (Hons) In Naval Architecture from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, MBA from the University of New South Wales Business School as an AGSM Exchange Scholar at Ivey, and an Executive Masters in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD.

Rainer is married with two children and a scuba-diving fanatic.

Dr Michael Loh
Advisor

Dr. Michael Loh is a renowned authority on the psychology of change, a Certified Management Consultant, and a recognized expert on organization development. With decades of experience, Dr. Loh possesses a deep understanding of psychological principles and research methodologies that intersect and combine theories with practice in business settings. His strength lies in his ability to identify key psychological theories and applying them successfully to a wide variety of challenges facing contemporary organizations.

 

Dr. Loh has worked on all major IBM consulting projects in Asia – his HR Transformation & Culture Change work with SIA became a recognized IBM methodology. More recently, Dr. Loh has been working almost exclusively at Board level. He is engaged by various Boards to offer change leadership advice as well as to coach CEOs. In addition, Dr. Loh conducts leadership development training for several multinational corporations. He has gained a reputation as the troubleshooter to call on for damage control of consulting projects that have gone awry, especially those involving organizational change. Dr. Loh is also on the faculty at Deloitte University Asia Pacific.

 

 

Before IBM, Dr. Loh was with IMPAC (VP & Chief Analyst and Chairman of Senior Management, Asia), Hay Group (Director, Strategy & Organizational Effectiveness), and Deloitte Consulting (East Asia Director, Change Leadership.)

 

Dr. Loh is a diplomate of the American Association of Psychotherapists, a life member of The National Psychiatric Association, USA, and member of L’Association Internationale de Psychologie Appliquee, as well as a Professional Member of the American Counseling Association. Dr. Loh is also a Certified Professional Coach and is a member of the International Association of Coaching. He has been elected to the President’s Council of The American Institute of Management.
